- How do I delete my Artistia account?
- Inside the app, go to You → Delete account. Or from this page, send a message with subject 'Request account deletion'. Your page is hidden immediately; you can cancel within 30 days by signing back in.
- I forgot the phone number on my account — how do I sign in?
- Email support@artistia.app from the phone you used to register, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 90255 31705. We'll help you recover access.
- A client paid online but the booking still shows unpaid
- Payments can take up to 10 minutes to reflect. If it's still missing after that, send us the booking ID and Razorpay receipt and we'll reconcile.
- How do I cancel a confirmed booking?
- Open the booking in the Artistia app and tap Cancel. Your cancellation policy decides any refund.
- What's your refund policy?
- Each artist sets their own cancellation and refund terms. The policy that applied when the booking was confirmed is shown on the booking detail page.
- How do I contact an artist I've booked with?
- The artist's WhatsApp link is on your booking confirmation page.
