Free cancellation up to 7 days before the booked event. 50% refund of the deposit between 6 and 3 days before. No refund within 72 hours of the event. If we need to cancel due to an emergency on our side, we refund 100% and help you find an alternate artist where possible.

• A non-refundable advance secures your slot.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before the service starts.
• Deposits are processed via UPI or card through a secure payment partner.

• We offer up to 15 minutes of grace time after the scheduled start.
• After 15 minutes, a waiting fee of ₹500 per 30 minutes applies.
• Bookings paused beyond 60 minutes may be cancelled at our discretion;

no refund will be issued for the deposit.

• Travel within the artist's stated service area is included in the service price.
• Travel beyond the service area is billed at ₹15 per kilometre, one-way.
• For destination events outside the city, accommodation may be required and

is the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
